KEEPING THE HEART
Generally, people instinctively use mind awareness in interpersonal relationships, so that sometimes it is not easy to accept what the other person is saying as a neutral object of conversation. Why? Because every talker, he has a opinion (like, agree, good, fit, positive, negative, and so on). This instinct often makes the dialogue unfocused. Consciousness is different from awareness. Awareness is an awareness that no longer involves the analytical mind. In Javanese this is called eling, or using mind or heart. However, the conscience is not always true, because the heart tends to be contaminated by thoughts that seek rationalization and selfishness. This is where the need always keeps the heart.
